Appointment meeting 18 January 2022

The postponed meetings will be held on 18 January 2022 at the same venue and at the same times as indicated in the Notices dispatched.

 

Upon the resumption of the meetings on 18 January 2022 the approval of Mr Tromp’s appointment was put to the vote and debenture holders who were present in person and represented by proxy, and who exercised their vote in respect of Mr Tromp’s nomination, resolved to approve Mr Tromp’s appointment by the requisite majority of votes, being not less than 75%.

 

Conclusion

Based on outcome of the votes, I, Jean-Pierre Tromp was then appointed as Trustee of the Debenture Trust on 18 January 2022
