As this was my first year serving as Trustee of the Debenture Trust, I conducted a detailed review of the published AFS Audited Annual Financial Statements. Set out below is the Memorandum I prepared and submitted to the Board of Directors, outlining my interpretation of the areas of concern identified in the AFS. The Nova Group issued a response, which is included as an attachment.
