Audited Annual Financial Statements – 28 February 2024

Please find below the full version of the Audited Annual Financial Statements (“AFS”) of Nova PropGrow Group Holdings Limited and its Subsidiaries  for the financial year ended 28 February 2024.

Based on my historical interactions with the Board of Directors of Nova, including my reviews of the 2022 and 2023 financial statements, and in my professional assessment of the Board’s poor and inadequate responses to date, I have concluded that further correspondence with respect of my review of the AFS with the Board will not add value.

Accordingly, based on the published AFS for 2024, I have formalised my observations, concerns, and findings in a comprehensive complaint submitted to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). The full complaint is available under the heading “Legal Matters”.
